EPC O&M Engineer
Job Description:
Bison Energy Australia is seeking an EPC O&M Engineer to support our renewable energy projects across Australia. As an EPC O&M Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation and maintenance of our energy assets. You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to drive efficiency, reduce downtime, and maximize energy production from our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operation & Maintenance: Oversee the operation and maintenance of Bison Energy Australia's renewable energy facilities, including solar farms and wind turbines.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to energy production promptly and effectively.
Performance Optimization: Continuously improve operational efficiency to maximize energy generation.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, performance data, and equipment status.
Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deadlines.
Reporting: Generate reports on project performance and contribute to regular project updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of renewable energy facilities, preferably in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, including solar and wind.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional engineering certification.
Experience with data analysis tools and software.
Familiarity with project management principles.

業務内容：
（1）自社案件の設計業務：5割
顧客のコンセプトを元にシステム導入の計画を立案、採算性等の観点から実現性を評価します。計画が決まればプロセスや機器・配置などのコストを算定し、その後詳細を設計、必要設備や操作性・運用性・保守性の要件を決定していきます。設計に慣れていただくまでは、当社の技術メンテナンス部門にてフォローいたしますのでご安心ください。
（2）建材の調達：2割
予算や納期に基づき、各種機器を選定し、調停します。こちらは同社にてお付き合いのある企業様が決まっており、スケジュール確定や納期確認が主となります。
（３）施工監理：3割
外部に委託している施工管理会社様と連携を取り、工事全体の管理をしていただきます。施工中に発生した問題を確認し、場合によっては設計段階から見直していただきます。基本的には内勤勤務にて管理をしていただき、状況に応じて現場で確認を行っていただく可能性もございます。

Electrical Engineer
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering and automation, power electronics, or related majors;
Familiar with electrical wiring, design of electrical control cabinets, and selection of electrical components;
Proficient in circuit design software such as Protel, PADS, or Cadence.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the selection of electrical components for energy storage systems, including the drawing of electrical diagrams;
Complete and improve circuit schematics, generate BOM (Bill of Materials);
Responsible for system testing and improvement, performance and cost optimization of electrical parts, and problem analysis and resolution;
Assist structural and software engineers in finalizing the system product, and prepare production documents and manuals and other related materials;
Responsible for analyzing and researching advanced technologies and new products to ensure the competitiveness of the product.
Business Executive
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in electrical power, telecommunications technology, or English;
Professional English level 6 or above, strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, with fluent spoken English;
Strong overall coordination skills, able to independently liaise with overseas power station projects and energy storage product business.
Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with energy storage station projects in Japan, Australia, the United States, Germany, and other countries;
Facilitate the configuration process of energy storage products, accurately analyze customer product needs;
Skilled communication abilities and negotiation strategies, follow up projects and the whole process of product delivery;
Assist in organizing and participating in exhibitions in various countries, and develop new energy storage markets.
Overseas Sales
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of sales/project management experience;
Experience in new energy, energy storage, wind power, or photovoltaic industries, with a good understanding of the power grid system;
Fluent in English, capable of barrier-free communication for overseas markets.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseas sales of industrial and household storage products, develop new clients and maintain key accounts;
Plan and execute sales promotion activities, such as participation in large-scale overseas exhibitions;
Collect market information related to the energy storage industry, including policies and regulations, product markets, clients, and competitors, and provide timely feedback and constructive opinions or suggestions to the company.
